Job summary

Rochester Christian University seeks a Transfer and Academic Services Specialist to coordinate transfer evaluations, articulation agreements, and related services within the Office of the Registrar.

The role also acts as Accommodations Officer, Testing Center Coordinator, and Rize administrator, ensuring accurate credit recognition and compliant records for students transitioning between programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree; a BA/BS preferred.
• Preferred experience in higher education and articulation/transfer credit evaluation.
• Familiarity with TES/Transferology and accommodations processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain articulation repository and web page.
• Maintain transfer equivalency database and liaise with partner schools.
• Coordinate Mi Transfer processes and articulation agreements.
• Review syllabi and transfer credit terms.
• Serve as MACRAO Rep for Michigan Transfer Network.
• Manage Rize platform including registration, grades, attendance.
• Stay informed of state/federal student-record regulations.
• Provide excellent service to transfer students, faculty, and staff.
• Process accommodations requests and communicate with students/faculty.
• Schedule and proctor tests for accommodated students.
• Collaborate across campus to keep degree programs compliant.
