Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Admissions contact for prospective student-athletes and families.
• Guide student-athletes from application through admission, deposit, and enrollment.
• Monitor admissions pipeline and follow up on missing transcripts and documents.
• Provide timely updates on admissions status and next steps.
• Assist students with navigating campus processes and offices.
• Identify stalled applicants and conduct proactive outreach to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate student information and communications records.
• Serve as primary Admissions point of contact for coaches and athletics leadership.
• Provide coaches with timely information on application status and enrollment steps.
• Develop streamlined communication between Admissions and Athletics.
• Support athletic prospect visits, campus tours, and recruitment events.
• Represent Rochester Christian University professionally with prospective students, families, and coaches.
