Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Admissions contact for prospective student-athletes and families throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
• Guide student-athletes from application through admission, deposit, and enrollment.
• Monitor the athletic admissions pipeline and follow up on missing transcripts and documents.
• Provide updates regarding admissions status and next steps to students and families.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Advising, Student Financial Services, Athletics, and campus offices.
• Develop relationships with coaches and Athletics leadership to support recruitment and roster goals.
• Create streamlined communication between Admissions and Athletics for one resource per coach.
