The role focuses on creating training resources, overseeing certifications, and collaborating with curriculum partners to expand access and improve learning outcomes in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• 3 years of experience in content program management, instructional design, certification design, or curriculum development, with a focus on training or educational content.
• Experience with AI tooling to deliver education experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of new content and education product training programs geared toward K-12 and higher education student audiences.
• Create and refine train-the-trainer materials and curricula to empower teachers with student-facing training resources.
• Conduct research into the learning preferences, technological access, and topical interests of students to inform content format, gamification, platform selection, and subject matter.
• Collaborate with reliable curriculum partners and cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality to student academic success and future workforce readiness, determining the most effective ways to scale training around them.
• Oversee and maintain student certifications in the learning center.
