The Education Unit's Global Impact team develops training and community programs that have helped millions of students, educators, and administrators leverage Gemini, Google Workspace for Education, and Chromebooks.

We are hiring a program manager to create training content for students in this pivotal moment, with individual pay determined by skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• 3 years of experience in content program management, instructional design, certification design, or curriculum development, with a focus on training or educational content.
• Experience with AI tooling to deliver education experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of new content and education product training programs for K-12 and higher education student audiences.
• Create and refine train-the-trainer materials and curricula to empower teachers with student-facing training resources.
• Research learning preferences, technology access, and topical interests of students to inform content format, gamification, platform selection, and subject matter.
• Collaborate with curriculum partners and cross-functional stakeholders to scale training and support student academic success and workforce readiness.
• Oversee and maintain student certifications in the learning center.
