Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience required.
• Valid US Driver License with a clear driving record for at least two years required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Other education/experience may substitute for all or part of the basic requirements, as approved by the qualifications review committee.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics of guest-facing spaces in the Welcome Center.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of student tour guides.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and certification for new guides.
• Act as primary contact for new guides and provide ongoing support during training.
• Maintain knowledge of admissions processes to guide prospective students and families.
• Oversee inventory tracking for Campus Visits materials.
