Purpose

Provide entry-level desktop support and IT services to faculty, staff, and students in a diverse academic and administrative environment. Assist with the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of university-owned computers, software, mobile devices, and related technology services while delivering excellent customer service and gaining hands‑on experience in enterprise IT operations.

Salary Range

$18.00 per hour

Working Conditions
  • This position is located on the UT Campus, and the duration of employment is from September to December 2026.
  • Flexible work schedule within the standard work week: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and 19 hours per week maximum.
