Purpose

Provide entry-level desktop support and IT services to faculty, staff, and students in a diverse academic and administrative environment. Assist with the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of university-owned computers, software, mobile devices, and related technology services while delivering excellent customer service and gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.

Required Qualifications

No Salary Range $18.00 per hour

Working Conditions

This position is located on the UT Campus, and the duration of employment is from September to December 2026. Flexible work schedule within the standard work week: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and 19 hours per week maximum.
