Job summary

UIW seeks a Systems Analyst/Programmer to maintain academic and student-facing platforms, including learning management and CRM systems. The role reports to the Associate Director of Enterprise Support and Business Solutions.

You will troubleshoot, validate data, and collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure reliable platforms and clear communication. Bachelor's in CS or related field required; 1 year of applicable experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; up to two years of additional experience may substitute for education.
• 1 year of experience supporting technology platforms in academic, administrative, or customer-facing environments.
• Experience with Canvas, Blackboard/Anthology, Slate, Element451, Salesforce Education Cloud, or EAB Navigate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for maintaining academic and student-facing platforms (LMS, CRM, student advising systems).
• Troubleshoot issues and validate data to ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff across departments to support enterprise systems.
• Prepare documentation and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
