Motlow is seeking a Temporary – Computer Lab/Help Desk Technician (Pool) to support the Nashville State community with technology-related issues. You will assist students, faculty, and staff and help with lab setups for classrooms and events.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with technology equipment, and strong customer service skills. The role is a part-time, temporary pool with varying hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with maintaining and answering questions about technology equipment.
• Proficiency in a variety of computer applications. Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk phone support to the Nashville State community.
• Answer questions about hardware/software configurations.
• Perform password resets.
• Record work in the Help Desk ticketing system.
• Assist computer lab technicians and media services with setup and delivery of technology equipment and services for classrooms, offices, and campus events.
