Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with CIS1020 or equivalent and grade C or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operation of Student Open Lab or Admissions Hub by providing student assistance and maintaining lab computers.
• Provide answers, evaluate, and prioritize in-person requests relating to class assignments and general computer functions.
• Assist with learning systems and procedures under Lab Coordinator.
• Install computers, software, and peripherals; keep lab in working order.
