Goodwin University is looking for a Student Support Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Ann B. Clark Co-op, coordinating case management and student development activities.

The role supports Housing assistance, emergency relief funds, and campus resource access, ensuring a seamless one-stop experience for student support. The position emphasizes collaboration with faculty, staff, and community partners, providing guidance to interns and work-study students while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, higher education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Co-op, ensuring students, faculty, and staff receive high-quality support.
• Manage inventory and pantry operations following SWAP guidelines.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners to secure resources and donations.
• Plan and execute campus outreach events and student support initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor staff and interns for efficient service delivery.
• Provide one-on-one case management for academic, financial, housing, and personal challenges.
• Administer the Laptop Loaner Program with equitable distribution and tracking.
• Oversee Transitional Housing Assistance for housing-insecure students.
• Manage the Student Emergency Relief Fund with timely distribution of aid.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community organizations to connect students to resources.
• Develop workshops on financial literacy, housing stability, and campus resources.
• Maintain records for case management, Co-op usage, and program outcomes.
