Job summary

Seattle Public Schools seeks a results-driven professional to lead cross-department projects in Student Support Services, ensuring compliance with federal, state and district policies. You will design and coordinate strategies across multiple central departments and schools to enhance instructional supports and services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-department projects in a district setting.
• Ability to develop schedules, resource plans, budgets and risk management.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders across schools and central offices.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects to develop and enhance school service and instruction initiatives.
• Coordinates related efforts to align district-wide needs with school level and central office goals.
• Plans and directs project activities from concept through implementation.
• Develops project schedules, resources, scope, budget and risk plans with input from staff.
• Coordinates with Race and Equity Advancement, Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, and Technology Services.
• Ensures deliverables align with district initiatives and standards, and supports sustainability.
