Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Massachusetts Assistant Principal/Principal licensure or eligibility is required.
• At least 5 years of successful teaching experience.
• Proven leadership with measurable student achievement gains.
• Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional leadership to champion rigorous, inclusive teaching practices.
• Use data to drive decisions and accelerate student growth in literacy and math.
• Provide feedback and coaching to elevate teaching and learning across schools.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse staff.
