Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a Program Support Coordinator in a K-12 setting in Phoenix, AZ. You will collaborate with teachers to support small groups, monitor progress, and strengthen student engagement and behavior through our CASE PBIS framework.

You will serve as a stable adult, communicate with families, and help implement individualized support plans while maintaining records and coordinating with school staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with students through daily check-ins and 1:1 meetings.
• Be a go-to adult for students navigating academic, social, or personal challenges.
• Engage students in hallways, classrooms, and transitions to foster belonging.
• Identify disengaged students and initiate supportive conversations.
• Lead small group discussions and goal-setting sessions.
• Celebrate achievements and positive behaviors to boost motivation.
