• Supervise and monitor students throughout the school day (playground, lunch, crosswalks, transitions).
• Support implementation of teacher-provided lesson plans and activities for individuals or small groups.
• Assist students with basic academic tasks and classroom activities as directed by the teacher.
• Promote positive behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate observations regarding student progress to the supervising teacher or administrator.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
