Job summary

Telos in Utah is seeking a part-time staff member to support students with a focus on safety and well-being. The role offers 24-29 hours per week across 3 shifts, including Sundays, with additional shifts possibly available.

Reports to the Anthem Director and supports multiple Telos departments as needed. Responsibilities include enforcing student rules, documenting in medical records, and communicating with the shift supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing student rules
• Monitoring and carrying out consequences under the direction of the shift supervisor
• Charting in each student’s medical record on the HQ database
• Communicating and reporting to shift supervisor
• Supporting and assisting other Telos departments in their job descriptions (i.e.: nursing appointments, education testing, grading, tutoring, general cleaning and maintenance, answering telephones, shopping, transporting) as allowed by staffing ratios
• Participating on assigned committees or special assignments
• Assisting with runaway retrieval
• Participating in therapeutic holds and restraints
• Attending and maintaining current certifications such as CPR and first aid
