Job summary

Telos Residential Treatment is seeking a part-time Anthem Mentor to support students across multiple shifts. The role requires 24–29 hours per week, with 3 shifts weekly including Sundays. Reports to the Anthem Director; non-exempt, at-will employment.

You will enforce student rules, monitor and apply consequences, chart notes in the HQ database, and communicate with shift supervisors. The position also involves coordinating with nursing, education, and maintenance teams, and maintaining CPR and

Responsibilities

• Participating in therapeutic holds and restraints.
• Attending and maintaining current certifications such as CPR and first aid.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Anthem Mentor

TIME COMMITMENT: 24-29 hours per week

SCHEDULE: 3 shifts per week, including Sundays, able to pick up additional shifts

REPORTS TO: Anthem Director

JOB STATUS: Non-Exempt; At-Will Employee

STATUS: Part-Time

A mentor is directly responsible for the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, social, safety and security needs of each student.
