Qualifications

• Experience supervising mentors and students.
• Ability to de-escalate confrontations and manage boundaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver’s license and ability to pass a BCI check.
• College education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, learning environment for staff and students.
• Train mentors and supervisors for efficiency and better connections with students.
• Conduct one-on-one trainings with staff on shift.
• Supervise mentors and students and ensure accurate documentation.
• Relate information between shifts and complete HQ documentation.
• Attend required meetings and participate in treatment teams.
