Point Quest Group is seeking a Driver/Behavioral Aide in El Dorado Hills, CA. The role combines driving duties with behavioral support for students with special needs, following IEP/BIP plans and ABA strategies.

The position offers full-time hours, school-aligned shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). A valid state driver’s license and a clean DMV record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
• Experience in school or care settings with students facing challenges preferred.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Familiarity with ABA methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Drive students safely to and from school.
• Record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and objectives.
• Monitor and supervise students during transportation and class time.
