Point Quest -North California Prep School in Sacramento is hiring a dual-role Driver/Behavioral Aide to transport students and provide behavioral, instructional, and classroom support during the school day. You will collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs and BIPs, supervise students on bus and on campus, and help maintain safety and positive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance and TB Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate agency vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety practices.
• Student Supervision (Transportation): Monitor and support students during transportation for safety and behavior.
• Loading & Unloading Procedures: Follow safety protocols for wheelchair and scooter use.
• Record Keeping: Maintain transportation logs and related documentation.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Data Collection: Document daily transportation-related data as required.
