Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a two-year degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in school or treatment settings with students facing learning, social, or emotional challenges.
• Licenses/Records: Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background, TB Clearance, and DOT Physical.

As a Driver/Behavioral Aide, you will have split shifts for driving as well as a shift as a Behavioral Aide. As a Behavioral Aide, you'll implement behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom. This role works closely with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care for students with learning, social, emotional, or behavioral needs.
