Renaissance Secondary Charter School seeks a full-time Student Support Dean to collaborate with students, families, and staff to create a positive climate for grades 6–12. The role covers behavior, attendance, and academic support within the MTSS framework, working with mental health professionals and school leaders.

The position emphasizes restorative practices, documentation, and coordination with faculty to implement the student code of conduct and support plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for middle/high school students.
• Demonstrated understanding of restorative practices and discipline approaches.
• Commitment to school mission and MTSS framework.

Responsabilidades

• Support student behavior management and MTSS initiatives.
• Lead proactive behavior programming and restorative practices.
• Maintain accurate behavior, discipline, and attendance records.
• Collaborate with staff to implement student codes of conduct and support plans.
• Assist with attendance monitoring and family outreach.
• Support the Administrative team and school safety procedures.
