Lone Star College is seeking a PT Specialist III, Call Center in Conroe, Texas. This position provides student support, processes inbound calls, and serves as the initial point of contact for various student service inquiries. Ideal candidates should have 3 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma. Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Microsoft Office is preferred. Hourly pay rate is $15.60.

• Knowledge of student records and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general campus information via phone.
• Resolve level 1 escalations for student records.
