Responsibilities

• Provide computer lab assistance to college students, staff and general public.
• Administer TSI and online exams.
• Create student ID cards.
• Check in/out books and videos for students.
• Provide testing instructions/information to students and faculty in person, by e-mail, and by phone.
• Direct students to library resource materials and open computer lab.
• Maintain supplies and forms needed for daily operation.
• Assist students with printing in the library.
• Assist students with using the research databases.
