Purpose and Scope: The Part-time Specialist III, Student Services has in‑depth knowledge of functions and processes throughout the specialty area. This position acts as a primary expert and provides advice and information to others. It ensures that all LSC and department policies and procedures surrounding the assigned area are implemented correctly by others. The role primarily performs specialized functions requiring knowledge and experience in a particular field or department. Typical duties may include information gathering and review, presentation of information in verbal or written form, and interpretation of information.

The work is sedentary. The employee typically sits comfortably while performing duties. Some walking, standing, bending, and carrying of light items may be required, but no special physical demands are specified.
Hourly Pay Rate is $15.60.
