Best Point Education & Behavioral Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Education Aide to support students and teachers in a structured, positive classroom. The role includes crisis intervention, documentation, materials preparation, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and experience with behavioral challenges; a valid driver’s license; and basic computer skills (Windows and MS Office).

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills including Windows and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group academic and behavioral support to students.
• Assist teachers with lesson plans and classroom management.
• Support substitute teaching when needed.
• Complete required documentation and progress trackers.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student needs.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
