Point Quest Group is hiring a Behavioral Aide to support K-12 students in a school-based setting in Anderson, IN. The role involves implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA methodologies to help students meet behavioral goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to respond calmly in crisis situations, with a background in education or behavioral support preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with children or adolescents preferred, especially in education/behavioral settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and implement supervising professionals’ feedback.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the school-day schedule.

Responsabilités

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record data on behavior, skills, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress to teachers and supervisors.
