Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Clearance checks for State Central Register, Driver license and fingerprinting.
• Health regulations compliance (Tuberculin testing).
• TCI certification training and passing a test upon completion is a minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with the preparation of materials.
• Assist students with behavioral/management needs.
• Assist in crisis intervention for students.
• Set up equipment in science, computer, home and careers labs, gym, and classrooms.
• Provide direct supervision of students in all areas of the school.
• Record information on behavior time aways and passes on the back of the point sheet.
• Complete reports as necessary: informationals, behaviorals, and incident reports.
• Communicate with crisis team regarding any behavior needing intervention.
• Monitor attendance and maintain classroom logs.
• Attend all training provided by the Principal.
