St. John's Residence for Boys in Queens, NY is seeking a Case Aide to work full-time within a residential program for youth up to age 21.

The role supports youth and families, develops permanency plans, and collaborates with the treatment team to ensure safe releases and continuity of care. The candidate should have a related degree (Bachelor's preferred, or Associate's) in human services, strong organization and writing skills, and the ability to multi-task in a demanding, trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Associate's degree in Human Services related field acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services to youth and their families.
• Develops and executes permanency plans for youth.
• Works with social service and residential staff within the treatment team.
• Attends treatment team meetings and coordinates with Case Planner.
