Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to become CPR/First Aid Certified and Universal Precautions Certified.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ELCS/Discovery Link policies on supervision, safety, and staff conduct.
• Follow Discovery Link staff conduct guidelines and licensing requirements, including staff-to-child ratios.
• Support the daily program schedule and supervise students with a Program Leader.
• Maintain appropriate student behavior per district Behavior Matrix.
• Follow accident reporting and recordkeeping procedures with supervision.
• Plan and implement engaging curriculum and activities, including outdoor games.
• Prepare, maintain, and restore program spaces; review schedules and duties.
• Foster positive relationships with families and staff; provide program information and cover sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
