Job summary

North Shore Community College is seeking a Programming Coordinator for the Upward Bound program in Lynn, MA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Secondary level counseling, advising, tutoring, and/or related experience with the target population.
• Experience with TRIO programs preferred.
• Strong computing skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, database / student records.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and select program participants to meet grant goals and objectives.
• Plan, organize, and implement after school and weekend activities and workshops.
• Coordinate and chaperone college presentations and tours.
• Track and promote students' academic progress and progress towards post-secondary goals.
• Co-coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the summer program, including staffing and orientation.
