Anticipated starting salary is $65,370.00 - $67,000.00. Actual salary will be commensurate with education and experience in accordance with the MCCC/MTA collective bargaining agreement.

The Programming Coordinator/Educational Advisor works with low-income, first-generation, and/or academically at-risk high school students from the Lynn Public School district. The coordinator works to increase the rate at which participants complete their secondary school education, and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education.
The Program Coordinator is a dynamic and engaging team player who coordinates, plans, and implements program activities and tracks and promotes students' progress towards post-secondary goals.
