Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or tutoring area as stated.
• Experience in teaching and tutoring in related subjects.
• Demonstrate ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic tutorials including individualized and group tutoring, tutor/mentor training, and academic skills workshops.
• Attend trainings and provide training to other staff when necessary.
• Help students use technology to utilize campus resources.
• Organize and conduct workshops for students.
• Assist students in using computer-aided instruction and related resources to develop basic skills in the subject area.
• Work as a team with other staff to support student academic success.
• Participate in appropriate on-campus staff development opportunities.
• Maintain records of student tutoring sessions.
