Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in higher education advising, enrollment, retention, and graduation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic advising and support to a caseload of students from acceptance through graduation.
• Refer students to campus and community resources as needed.
• Respond to students via in-person, email, phone, or virtual appointments.
• Assist students with degree planning and Program of Study requirements.
• Support transfer processes and coordinate with departments for student success.
• Maintain student data using the college's CRM system (Slate) and participate in orientation planning.
