Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or Marketing and at least three years of related experience.
• Ability to pass CRC background check if offered a position.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree with related experience in recruitment or student services.

Responsibilities

• Advise current and prospective students on academic decisions and career development.
• Assist with recruitment, admissions, testing, and advising at various MATC sites and programs.
• Guide students through registration, transcripts review, and program planning.
• Provide information on services and refer applicants to MATC support resources.
• Deliver public presentations and participate in outreach to community organizations.
• Maintain accurate student services reports and coordinate with campus partners.
