This part-time, on-site role supports curriculum implementation, compliance, and field leadership to ensure high-quality after-school programming.

You will work with instructional staff to deliver individualized and small-group instruction, adapt materials for diverse learners, and promote positive behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in youth development or after-school programs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, licensing rules, and CA ELOP/ASES awareness.
• Ability to model, mentor, and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Model and guide staff to implement individualized instruction.
• Adapt materials for diverse learners including IEPs/504/ELL accommodations.
• Promote positive behavior and self-regulation in students.
• Provide direction and behavioral support using management plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety, licensing, and program policies.
• Collect student progress data and provide feedback to managers.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Impact Team on inclusion practices.
