Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to foster student success and program excellence. You will partner with curriculum, compliance, and leadership to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment that aligns with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

You will support instructional staff, adapt materials for diverse learners, and collaborate with managers to implement improvement plans across California-based programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in education, child development, social work, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in youth development, after-school programming, or related field.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, licensing regulations, and educational standards, with CA familiarity desired.

Responsibilities

• Model and guide instructional staff to implement best practices.
• Adapt materials to meet diverse student needs, including IEP/504/ELL accommodations.
• Promote positive behavior and student self-regulation within a safe learning environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in program environments.
• Collect student progress data and share insights with managers.
