Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years of related experience.
• Must be able to travel and have a valid driver’s license.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Confidentiality of student records per FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies aligned with enrollment goals.
• Lead the recruitment team with supervision, training, and development.
• Analyze enrollment trends and recruitment data to forecast and report efforts.
• Engage with high schools, career centers, colleges, and events to recruit target populations.
• Coordinate with financial aid and advising to provide a seamless recruitment-to-enrollment experience.
• Provide regular recruitment progress reports to leadership.
