Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in higher education, customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources.
• Assist students with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote and support student opportunities and activities (work study, student organizations, peer tutoring, Chamberlain Care Closet).
• Plan and facilitate events (career fairs, open houses, workshops, graduation).
• Assist with questions on funding, military services, and scholarships.
