Job summary

Chamberlain University in Cincinnati is hiring a Student Support Liaison to promote student success by delivering holistic, student-centered support across multiple service areas. You will be a key contact for students, helping remove barriers and ensure timely responses.

Reporting to Advising and Retention Services, you will coordinate scheduling, portal navigation, and access to programs like work study and tutoring, while collaborating with campus teams to foster a caring, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in higher education, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Knowledge of higher ed federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote student opportunities and activities (work study, clubs, programs).
• Plan and facilitate events (career fairs, open houses, workshops, graduation).
• Assist with funding, military services, and scholarship inquiries.
• Serve as point of contact for compliance audits.
• Identify process improvements to enhance student retention.
• Maintain knowledge of enterprise applications and business processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
