Cuesta College is seeking a Student Completion Coordinator to guide and support students across San Luis Obispo County campuses and partners. You will proactively monitor progress, connect students to academic success resources, and help them enroll, persist, and complete their goals.

In this role you will collaborate with instructors, student services, counselors, and administrators to coordinate outreach, track progress, and maintain confidential records, while supporting budget and office

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; related experience considered.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree; focus on student support and retention.
• Two years of experience in student support, engagement, persistence, retention, and/or completion in higher education; experience with racially minoritized students preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities of an assigned area across multiple sites and partners.
• Provide guidance and support to students to access services.
• Monitor student progress and connect to academic success resources.
• Maintain confidential records of student progress and outcomes.
• Develop workshops to improve retention and completion.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote belonging on campus.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and budget monitoring.
