Job summary

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: Two years in student services on a college campus or in a community agency serving students or diverse community members.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university related to the assignment. NOTE: additional qualifying experience may substitute for up to two years.
Equity-minded focus, responsiveness, and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and an inclusive educational environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee one or more student support programs and coordinate activities.
Assist in planning, implementation, and delivery of support services and programs.
Gather data and prepare state/district reports and program reviews.
Advise students and connect them to services and resources to support academic goals.
Develop and coordinate workshops and activities for student success.
