The candidate will coordinate with Watermark SS&E, EdSights, and Knack Tutoring, maintain timely outreach, and ensure compliance with FERPA. A transformational, mission-driven environment awaits a collaborative professional.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years in higher education student services or advising.
• Ability to build trust quickly with students in distress and provide timely coaching.
• Proficiency with data entry, tracking, and analyzing patterns across platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Success Coaching: provide coaching to students flagged by early alerts or campaigns; contact within 48 hours; conduct needs assessments using a four-p pillar model; connect students to campus resources; log all contacts within 24 hours; schedule next appointment and escalate after three outreach failures.
• Coaching Data Tracking: perform weekly data pulls from multiple platforms; identify coverage gaps; surface patterns at population level; prepare monthly coaching-coverage reports.
