Qualifications

• Two years of increasingly responsible experience in an academic setting.
• Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited with major coursework in education, counseling, student development or related field.
• Experience with academic advising, student retention, or CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive success coaching to a caseload of at-risk students.
• Develop Academic Improvement Plans (AIP) for identified students.
• Coordinate with faculty and Student Services to connect students with support resources.
• Deliver Student Success courses and workshops.
• Maintain documentation of interventions and outcomes for identified students.
• Adhere to FERPA guidelines and ethical record-keeping.
