Job summary

ThrivePoint High School is seeking a dedicated Student Success Coach to empower at-risk students by helping them identify, build, and achieve academic and personal goals with structured support. The role involves daily in-person and virtual student engagement, close collaboration with content teachers, ensuring task completion, and providing targeted interventions.

You will communicate with students, parents, teachers and site leadership to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma.
• Associates degree would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with students in-person and virtually.
• Work closely with content teacher to support progress.
• Ensure students are completing assigned tasks.
• Provide appropriate support and interventions for students.
• Guide students using standardized benchmarks and review progress.
• Communicate with students, parents, teachers and site leadership.

Job description

The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system. Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students. They believe ALL students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support.

• Work daily with student in-person and virtually
• Work closely with content teacher
• Ensure that students are completing assigned tasks
• Ensure that students receive appropriate support and interventions
• The Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized bench marks, review course progress
• Communicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadership
• Hours are 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm

This is not an online position

Qualifications:

• Associates degree would be preferable
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
