Job summary

UC San Diego seeks a leadership-driven professional to oversee a portfolio of student support and peer engagement initiatives, including Student First Stop, Mentoring for All, Mentor Collective, and Certified Peer Educator Training.

You will supervise daily operations, manage the Mentor Collective platform and vendor relationships, and drive program development, campus partnerships, assessment, communications, recruitment, and continuous improvement to expand access to resources and strengthen

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of counseling, learning and student development.
Experience with mentoring, coaching, and peer support programs.
Ability to analyze data to improve programs.
Knowledge of working with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for student support and peer engagement initiatives.
Oversee daily operations of Student First Stop and supervise Student Ambassadors.
Manage Mentor Collective program including platform and vendor relations.
Lead program development, engagement, training, partnerships, assessment, communications, recruitment, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate National Mentoring Month activities to promote mentoring.
