Job summary

UCSD is seeking a Program Manager for the Center for Faculty Success & Engagement (C-FSE) to lead program development from ideation to evaluation, supporting faculty well-being and leadership development.

Under the Director and AVC-FSE, the role coordinates with operations, designs assessment plans, and provides campus-wide communication and event planning to advance an equitable academic culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• Experience in program budget development and management.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand complex and/or detailed documents.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex situations and data, and develop reports.
• Ability to establish working relationships with offices, colleges, and external partners.
• Plan and assess campus-wide programs with varying complexity.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific Center programs, establishing objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate administration, management, and organization of programmatic offerings.
• Support assessment planning, surveys, and campus-wide communications.
• Assist with event planning and development of materials.
