Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with work experience that equates to an advanced degree.
• A Master’s degree in a related field is required to teach.
• 18+ credits in college student development, higher education, education, counseling, psychology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, implementation and maintenance of academic success programs and support services for all undergraduate students.
• Assist with instructional components of college transition courses and related seminars as needed.
• Research, develop, assess and implement best practices in academic success support services for undergraduates.
