Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree or higher in a related field, strong leadership, and excellent data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in College Student Personnel, Counseling, Educational Psychology, Higher Education, or related area.
• Experience in higher education academic success services, advising, enrollment services, or student affairs.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in an education setting.
• Data analysis and detailed report writing experience.
• Discretion in handling confidential information per FERPA or similar regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and supervise all academic success staff.
• Oversee tutoring, mentoring, and supplemental instruction; develop onboarding and performance processes.
• Develop programs, workshops, and interventions to support retention.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to design high-impact student success initiatives.
• Coordinate assessment plans, data collection, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Maintain partnerships across campus and represent the Center in leadership activities.
